Programme for the Acquisition of Fundamental Andragogical Competences

The Programme comprises three core modules that enable participants to acquire the basic andragogical competences required for the effective delivery of teaching in adult education.

During the Programme, participants become acquainted with the fundamental principles of adult education, the planning and organisation of the teaching process, contemporary methods of teaching adults, and the development of communication skills and management of group dynamics.
