Associate Professor Rona Bušljeta Kardum has become a member of Matica hrvatska, Croatia’s oldest cultural institution, which has promoted the Croatian language, literature, scholarship, culture and national identity for nearly two centuries.

Her membership in Matica hrvatska represents a continuation of her professional commitment to advancing education, scholarly work and lifelong learning, as well as to strengthening cooperation with institutions whose activities contribute to the development of Croatian society.

She will be particularly involved in the work of the Department of Education, which brings together experts and scholars dedicated to improving the education system, developing the teaching profession and promoting educational quality.
