As part of the Erasmus+ Staff Mobility for Teaching (STA) program, we had the pleasure of hosting Sultan Ergun, PhD, Lecturer at Dokuz Eylül University (Izmir, Turkey) at our Faculty.

During her visit, Dr. Sultan Ergun delivered a series of very intresting lectures:

• Interpersonal Conflict Resolution Styles
• Thematic Content Analysis of Workplace Conflict
• Conflict Management: Perceptions and Experiences of Middle-Level Managers
• Conflict Management in Interpersonal Relations

Dr. Sultan Ergun expressed her gratitude to our Faculty, particularly to the Office for International Cooperation and the Department of Sociology, for their warm welcome and support in organizing her visit and lectures. She emphasized that her stay in Zagreb and at our Faculty was a wonderful experience and noted her belief that her activities will contribute to further strengthening the already excellent cooperation between our two institutions.
