Graduate study programme in Philosophy focuses on widening and deepening of the knowledge students have acquired in the course of their undergraduate study of philosophy. Graduate students are introduced to the western contemporary philosophy, bioethics, political philosophy, philosophy of law, eastern philosophies and cultures, and philosophy of education. Through a series of elective courses students acquire additional specialist knowledge in other philosophical disciplines such as; logic and artificial intelligence, philosophy of cyber culture, philosophy of globalization, philosophy of game and sport, philosophy of myth and religion, Croatian philosophical heritage in the European context etc. Students of the teaching stream acquire basic didactic, pedagogical and methodical knowledge required to teach philosophy, logic, ethics and related subjects at the high school level. Graduate thesis is written during the fourth semester.
