Introduce students to qualitative and quantitative research methods (used in research of Croatia diaspora). Ability to apply and use specific research procedures / methods through specific research work.

1. Use knowledge of the methodology of research on Croatian emigration
2. Use different approaches of qualitative and quantitative methodology
3. Apply research techniques: research design, data processing and analysis, and production of a research report
4. Use specific research procedures / methods through specific research work
5. Use the basics of scientific research in the social sciences
